We are now looking for a (Junior) Sales Development Representative – UK (m/f/d) who will be responsible for driving top funnel sales, by conducting the initial outreach to prospects in order to create opportunities and boost sales engagement. In your position you will work closely with our Country Manager (UK), as well as our Marketing, Business Development, Pre-Sales, and Professional Services teams to drive new business across the country. This role provides an ideal opportunity to join a fast-growing organization with an international team and great colleagues working at the technological forefront of its market.
YOUR TASKS
- Identifying new prospects, by leveraging on the company’s lead generation tools/resources in a strategic manner
- Pitch Appinio’s agile Saas solutions to prospects
- Support the country manager in building up a healthy pipeline of qualified leads for the respective market
- Conduct constant analysis (reports, sales KPIs) of the sales process in order to improve the efficiency
- Help shape the lead generation strategies based on success KPIs
- Take a creative part in the design and implementation of new outbound tactics
- Build a strong network
YOUR PROFILE
- Above-average degree in business administration, economics or similar fields
- Preferably initial work experience in B2B sales environments
- Empathy while having a hunter mentality
- Excellent German and English
- Entrepreneurial, self‐starter, team-minded and resilient
