The Hamburg Startup Community Elects STARTERiN Hamburg 2026

Where courage meets motivation and knowledge meets networking: STARTERiN Hamburg 2026 brings together female founders who are shaping the future with their ideas. The award increases the visibility of women founders, strengthens their connections with investors, decision-makers, and Hamburg’s startup ecosystem, and showcases the diversity, innovation, and impact of the startup scene across the Hamburg Metropolitan Region.
Applications are open to female founders from all industries with a scalable business model or a social, environmental, or economic impact. Eligible applicants must have founded their company less than five years ago and be headquartered in the Hamburg Metropolitan Region.
The application phase opens on this page in September/October 2026. Following the application process, 24 nominees will be selected. A community vote will award one Wild Card spot in the final in November 2026, while a board of trustees will select three additional finalists. On January 27, 2027, four founders will compete in the grand finale for the title of STARTERiN Hamburg 2026.
