It is still a while until the Reeperbahn Startup Pitch, but the hot phase has somehow already started. On September 13th there will be a Pre-Pitch at the me Convention in Frankfurt, a kind of qualification competition for the final in Hamburg. And that’s also where you’re in demand. Via an online voting you can decide which five candidates will compete at the me Convention and win attractive prizes!
Last week ended the application phase for the Reeperbahn Startup Pitch on November 7th at the Mojo Club. The vast majority of the startups who took part in this prestigious competition took the chance and indicated that they would also like to participate at a pre-pitch on September 13th during the me Convention in Frankfurt. Whoever wins there will have a starting place at Reeperbahn Startup Pitch and a ticket for the SXSW Festival in Austin, Texas. The world’s biggest creative and digital festival will take place from 13 to 22 March 2020.
We have selected 20 particularly promising candidates from all the applicants, but only five of them will actually be pitching in Frankfurt. This is where you come in. From 2 to 6 September there will be an online voting where all startup fans can take a close look at the candidates and vote for their favourite. The five teams with the most votes then travel to the me Convention and face an international jury of experts.
Vote and win tickets!
With a little luck you can experience the decision live, because we are giving away 3 x 2 tickets for the me convention from September 11th to 13th. The event is a collaboration between Mercedes-Benz and SXSW and offers besides the Pre-Pitch many other highlights, like the presentation of twelve Startup Cities from all over the world. You can find out more about the conference on their website and in our article.
It’s definitely worth being there, but that’s not all. In addition to the tickets for the event in Frankfurt, we also offer 3 x 2 tickets for the Reeperbahn Startup Pitch. You can find out who you can vote for and what else is important on a website specially set up for the online voting. Good luck!
